# HÓA ĐƠN MUA VÀO LÀ HÓA ĐƠN BÁN HÀNG CÓ CẦN KÊ KHAI TRÊN TỜ KHAI THUẾ GTGT KHÔNG?

Rất nhiều bạn thắc mắc vấn đề này, có bạn bảo không kê, có bạn bảo kê cũng không sao. Vậy thì nếu kê những hóa đơn này thì thế nào, không kê thì thế nào? Bạn có thể xem ảnh dưới để hiểu rõ hơn nhé. Còn chốt lại thì:

* Không kê thì không bị phạt, đồng thời không dẫn đến chênh lệch Chỉ tiêu 23 giá trị hàng hóa, dịch vụ mua vào chưa thuế GTGT giữa chúng ta kê khai với hệ thống hóa đơn điện tử của thuế
* Nếu kê thì sẽ dẫn đến chênh lệch Chỉ tiêu 23 giá trị hàng hóa, dịch vụ mua vào chưa thuế GTGT giữa chúng ta kê khai với hệ thống hóa đơn điện tử của thuế, nhưng giải trình được là được nhé
