# TỔNG HỢP LỖI BKAV

## 1. Đẩy lên chờ ký thì báo lỗi "Hoá đơn không liên tục: đã tồn tại ... ngày ... lớn hơn ngày của hoá đơn này"

* Bấm đẩy lên chờ ký thì báo lỗi 
* Người dùng lên web hoá đơn, kiểm tra xem có hoá đơn nào có ngày hoá đơn lớn hơn (>) ngày hoá đơn của hoá đơn hiện thời không. Nếu có thì cần xoá bỏ hoá đơn trên web (nếu chưa ký) hoặc sửa lại hoá đơn hiện thời cần đẩy lên (nếu hoá đơn trên web đã ký)

## 2. Đẩy lên chờ ký thì báo lỗi "Tài khoản chưa phát hành mẫu hoá đơn hoặc dải số hoặc dải số đã hết"

* Bấm đẩy lên chờ ký thì báo lỗi
* Người dùng kiểm tra lại các nguyên nhân có thể:
  * Seri hoá đơn của hoá đơn hiện thời đã đúng chưa: Mẫu (01 hoặc 02) + seri (thông tin năm). Người dùng có thể lên web hoá đơn, bấm lập nháp, để nhìn thấy thông tin seri khi lập nháp
  * Kiểm tra lại đúng là hết số lượng hoá đơn đã mua của hệ thống web hoá đơn chưa. Nếu hết thì liên hệ với bên cung cấp để mua thêm&#x20;
